IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL DOG OWNERS

Dog licenses are renewable during the month of January and can be obtained from the Township Clerk’s office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

You must have proof of current rabies shot and neutering if you are obtaining a license for the first time or if your dog has been vaccinated during the year.

Due to State of New Jersey regulations if your rabies shot expires PRIOR TO NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR IN WHICH YOU ARE GETTING A LICENSE, you will have to get a new shot before the end of January in order to get a license.

         Fees are as follows:    Neutered/Spayed              $ 7.00

                                          Un-neutered/Unspayed    $10.00

A canvas will be made after January 31st, and owners of unlicensed dogs will be subject to an escalating late fee starting with $5.00. If you no longer have a dog, please notify the Township Clerk’s Office or if you have any questions you may call 201-664-4425.
